Most of the world's leading chipmakers use its deep ultraviolet (DUV) lithography systems to manufacture their older and larger chips.The Dutch tech giant is also the only producer of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography systems, which are required to manufacture the world's smallest and densest chips.
