Moody's: No rating impact on covered bonds issued by Societe Generale SCF following amendments
London, 10 June 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the amendments to the facility agreement and collateral security agreement between Societe Generale SCF and Societe Generale would not, in and of themselves and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the Aaa rating assigned to the covered bonds issued by Societe Generale SCF.
