Freeport-McMoRan Inc. -- Moody's revises Freeport's outlook to negative; affirms ratings

New York, September 09, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service changed the outlook for Freeport-McMoran Inc. ("Freeport") and each of its rated subsidiaries to negative from stable. At the same time, Moody's affirmed the Baa3 senior unsecured ratings of each of Freeport-McMoRan Inc. and Freeport-McMoRan Oil and Gas LLC and the Baa2 senior unsecured rating of Freeport Minerals Corporation.
