Apple Inc. (AAPL) is down 4 percent to $474.80. The company launched two devices to replace its iPhone 5 model - iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5C. The event hosted by CEO Tim Cook yesterday also marked the launch of the much-anticipated iOS 7 operating system.

OvaScience, Inc. (OVAS) is plunging 38 percent to $8.75 following the news that it has chosen to suspend enrollment for AUGMENT in the U.S., as it received an "untitled" letter from the FDA questioning the status of AUGMENT as a 361 HCT/P and advising the company to file an Investigational New Drug application.

Trading halt:

Trading in shares of Polycom, Inc. (PLCM) was halted. The company announced a plan to repurchase $400 million, or about 20 percent of its outstanding common stock, through a $250 million modified "Dutch Auction" self-tender offer and subsequent open market purchases or privately negotiated transactions.
