Home Depot, Inc. (HD) is gaining 1 percent to $115.66 as its first quarter results topped Wall Street expectations. The company also raised its fiscal 2015 sales and earnings guidance based on its year-to-date performance.

Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. (TTWO) is up 7 percent to $25.88 as its fourth quarter adjusted earnings per share topped Wall Street view. The company also gave a strong outlook for the first quarter.

Decliners:

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT) is down 2 percent to $78.25. The company's first quarter earnings as well as sales declined from the year-ago quarter. Consolidated operating income declined 8.3 percent due to impacts from currency fluctuations and investments in associate wages & training and e-commerce.

Vodafone Group (VOD) is falling 3 percent to $35.23 despite reporting a pre-tax profit for the full year, compared to a loss last year, helped by increased revenues. The company also said it saw increasing signs of stabilization in many of its European markets.

Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. (DKS) is down 2 percent to $55.00. The company's first quarter profit declined from the year-ago quarter. Net sales for the quarter increased 8.8 percent, while same store sales improved 1.0 percent. The company also provided a downbeat earnings guidance for both its second quarter and full-year 2015.

Urban Outfitters Inc. (URBN) is plunging 14 percent to $34.85 after reporting first quarter results that missed Wall Street view.

Linn Energy, LLC (LINE) is down 8 percent to $11.39 based on its announcement about the public offering of 16 million of its units representing limited liability company interests.
