Linde Increases Dividend 8%

Woking, UK, February 25, 2025 – Linde plc (Nasdaq: LIN) today announced its Board of Directors has declared an 8% increase in the company's quarterly dividend to $1.50 per share. This marks the 32^nd consecutive year of quarterly dividend increases on the company’s common stock.

The dividend is payable on March 27, 2025, to shareholders of record on March 13, 2025.
