Deutsche Bank Names Louise Kitchen Global Head of Commodities Structuring and Marketing

Deutsche Bank announced today that Louise Kitchen willjoin the firm as Managing Director and Global Head of CommoditiesStructuring and Marketing within its Global Markets division. Kitchenjoins from UBS where she was Managing Director and Head ofDistribution and Structured Products, Energy. She will be based in NewYork and report to Hope Pascucci, Global Head of Debt Capital Markets.

"Louise is one of the most respected marketers and structurers inthe US power and gas markets," said Mark Ritter, Deutsche Bank GlobalHead of Commodities, who also joined the firm from UBS this year."Louise has a proven record of success in the industry and willfurther enhance our client reach and our ability to create tailoredfinancial solutions."

Kitchen has been named one of Fortune's "Most Powerful Women inBusiness" and was the subject of a Harvard Business School Case Studyentitled "Louise Kitchen: Intrapreneur". In 2004, she was named amember of the "10 Year Hall of Fame" by Energy Risk magazine.

Deutsche Bank's Global Commodities business is a leading providerof client-focused solutions across the full spectrum of metals andenergy products.

Kitchen holds a BA from Kingston University inKingston-Upon-Thames, UK.
