Banque AIG Expands Financing Capabilities in Asia; Adds Equity Structured Financing Team in Tokyo Office

    WILTON, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 11, 2005--AIG Financial Products Corp. (AIG-FP) today announced that its subsidiary, Banque AIG, has hired Jeremy Kloiser-Jones and John Enderle as Managing Directors, and Shuichi Shiraishi as a Vice President, in its Tokyo branch. This team will further enhance Banque AIG's proven ability to provide private structured equity financing to Japanese clients through its unique combination of a strong balance sheet, substantial capital and derivative markets expertise, and exceptional execution capabilities.
    Before joining Banque AIG, Jeremy Kloiser-Jones was the head of Equity Derivatives Marketing for JP Morgan in Tokyo, prior to which he held a similar position at Lehman Brothers, also based in Tokyo. All three members of the new team worked together at JP Morgan and bring a wealth of experience in equity derivatives trading, structuring and marketing.
