Applied Materials Inc. Reports 108% Gain In Q4 Earnings

(RTTNews) - Applied Materials Inc. (AMAT) revealed earnings for its fourth quarter that increased compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line rose to $722 million, or $0.66 per share. This was up from $347 million, or $0.29 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 39.2% to $3.30 billion. This was up from $2.37 billion last year.
