AG Interactive, Samsung and Just Rams to Deliver Sports Illustrated and Def Jam Mobile Content on MMC Cards

SAN FRANCISCO and LONDON, Sept. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- AG Interactive, the new media subsidiary of American Greetings Corporation and Just Rams Plc., a major European value-added memory card supplier, announced today they will distribute Multimedia Cards (MMCs) sponsored by Samsung Electronics to attendees of the CTIA Wireless IT & Entertainment Show in San Francisco this week. The cards are available at the AG Interactive show headquarters in Booth #1609.

The promotional 64MB MMCs will be loaded with original, mobile video content from AG Interactive -- including Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model programs as well as a mix of action sports programming. The cards will also show a preview of the programs from the recently unveiled Def Connect mobile video network, including Def Jam Mobile Comedy and Poetry performances, Funkmaster Flex Car Shows, History Makers and Entertainers Classic Basketball Rucker Park.

Bryan Biniak, senior vice president of AG Interactive will demonstrate the cards in action on a Samsung mobile phone during a panel entitled "Bring in the Brands" at MECCA, the Mobile Entertainment, Content, Commerce & Applications Conference affiliated with CTIA. The panel will be held today at 5:45 p.m. in room number 3D-1 in the Moscone Center.

The contents were pre-loaded by Just Rams Plc. onto MMCmobile(TM) and MMCmicro(TM) cards supplied by Samsung Electronics, the world's largest NAND flash vendor. The thumbnail-sized cards can read and write advanced media content very quickly, including photos, video clips and music files. They are compatible with Samsung phones as well as a number of other phones from such leading vendors as Nokia and Siemens.
