Moody's updates on impact of Barclays Italian branch partial repurchase on Mercurio Mortgage Finance S.R.L. Series 2012-7

London, 12 January 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) announced today that the partial repurchase of receivables by Barclays Bank PLC, Italian Branch ("Barclays"), from Mercurio Mortgage Finance S.R.L. Series 2012-7 portfolio in accordance to the Receivable Purchase Agreement, will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current ratings of the notes (the "Notes") issued by this issuer.
