Miami Valley Hospital, OH -- Moody's affirms VMIG 1 on Miami Valley Hospital, OH Series 2011B and 2011C bonds with bank substitution

New York, February 12, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service affirms the VMIG 1 short-term ratings assigned to Miami Valley Hospital (the "Hospital") Series 2011B and Series 2011C bonds (the "Bonds") in connection with the delivery of alternate standby bond purchase agreements (the SBPAs or liquidity facilities) to be provided by Barclays Bank PLC (the "Bank") in substitution for the current SBPAs provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Upon substitution (effective February 27, 2014), the short-term ratings will be based on the short term rating of the Bank and the likelihood of early termination of the SBPAs without a mandatory tender of the bonds. Moody's maintains a Aa3 long-term rating on the Bonds.
