New York, June 30, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has changed today Grupo Posadas, S.A.B. de C.V. ("Posadas")'s rating outlook to stable from negative. At the same time, Moody's affirmed the B2 corporate family rating of Posadas and the B2 senior unsecured rating on its 2017 and 2022 notes. The action follows Posadas announcement that it has successfully placed its USD 350 million global notes due in 2022. The placement of the notes is in line with the company's refinance plan.

Die US-Börsen präsentierten sich zum Wochenschluss kaum bewegt. Die asiatischen Börsen zeigten sich am Freitag leichter.
