Expro FinServices S.a r.l. -- Moody's downgrades Expro's rating to B3 from B2; outlook negative
London, 24 June 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's) has today downgraded Expro Holdings UK 3 Limited's (Expro or the company) corporate family rating (CFR) to B3 from B2 and its probability of default rating (PDR) to B3-PD from B2-PD. Concurrently, Moody's has downgraded to B1 from Ba3 the rating on Expro FinServices S.a r.l.'s guaranteed senior secured bank credit facilities consisting of approximately USD1.3 billion term loan and USD250 million revolving credit facility (RCF). The outlook on all ratings is negative.
