AHML Insurance Company -- Moody's downgrades AHML Insurance Company to Ba2; rating placed under review for downgrade
New York, January 21, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the insurance financial strength rating of AHML Insurance Company ("AHMLIC") to Ba2 from Ba1, and placed the rating under review for further downgrade. AHMLIC is a subsidiary of the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending OJSC ("AHML OJSC"), which is 100% owned by the Russian Federal Government.
