Xoma Prices 7.60 Mln Shares At $3.62/shr

(RTTNews) - Xoma Corp. (XOMA) announced that it has priced 7.60 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.62 per share. In addition, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.14 million shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions, solely to cover over-allotments, if any.

The company stated that it anticipates its aggregate net proceeds from the offering will be about $25.5 million after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses payable by XOMA. The offering is expected to close on or about August 23, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.

Cowen and Company, LLC, is acting as sole book-running manager. Canaccord Genuity Inc. is acting as lead manager, and Roth Capital Partners, LLC, is acting as co-manager.
