Trustmark Q4 Profit Rises; Declares Dividend - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Trustmark Corp. (TRMK) reported fourth-quarter net income attributable to common shareholders of $28.0 million or $0.42 per share, compared to $27.7 million or $0.43 per share for the year-ago quarter.

On average, eight analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.46 per share on for the fourth quarter.

Net interest income for the latest fourth quarter rose to $111.84 million from $92.57 million a year earlier, while total non-interest income for the quarter was $38.67 million, down from $42.78 million in the comparable quarter last year.

Further, Trustmark's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per common share payable March 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on March 1, 2014.
