Thomson Reuters Corporation Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.11 per share

(RTTNews) - Thomson Reuters Corporation (TRI.TO) reported a profit for third quarter that dropped from the same period last year.

The company's profit totaled $291 million, or $0.37 per share. This compares with $348 million, or $0.46 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Excluding items, Thomson Reuters Corporation reported adjusted earnings of $74 million or $0.11 per share for the period.

The company's revenue for the quarter rose 1.6% to $1.29 billion from $1.27 billion last year.
