The French Competition Authority Approved the Acquisition of Foncière De Paris by Gecina
Regulatory News:
Gecina (Paris:GFC) announces that it has received merger control clearance today from the French Competition Authority for its proposed acquisition of Foncière de Paris.
Gecina's public offer for Foncière de Paris securities is therefore no longer subject to competition clearance. The offer is described in detail in the draft offer document filed within the French Market Authority ("AMF") on June 21st 2016 (D&I 216 C1443 in addition to D&I 216C1164 of May 19th 2016), and remains subject to review by the AMF.
