Terreno Realty Sells South San Francisco Industrial Property For $8 Mln

(RTTNews) - Terreno Realty Corp. (TRNO), a company specializing in the acquisition, ownership, and operation of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, Friday announced the sale of an industrial property in South San Francisco, California for approximately $8 million.

The asset includes a single industrial building spanning roughly 22,000 square feet on 0.7 acres, fully leased to one tenant.

Terreno Realty originally acquired the property in 2020, for $6.3 million. Over the holding period, the investment had generated an unleveraged internal rate of return of 7.5 percent.

TRNO is currently trading at $61.70, up 0.64 percent or $0.39 on the Nasdaq.
