(RTTNews) - Team Health Holdings, Inc. (TMH) Tuesday reported third-quarter net income of $29.4 million or $0.41 per share, compared to $20.5 million or $0.30 per share in the same period last year.

Adjusted earnings for quarter was $34.6 million or $0.49 per share, up from $30.4 million, or $0.44 per share in the previous year quarter.
