Sterling Bancorp Reveals 25% Increase In Q2 Earnings

(RTTNews) - Sterling Bancorp (STL) reported a profit for its second quarter that advanced compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $44.39 million, or $0.33 per share. This was up from $35.41 million, or $0.27 per share, in last year's second quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 9.9% to $131.30 million. This was up from $119.51 million last year.
