(CSE: RKS), (US: CRUOF), (FSE: 6BC) ("Rockshield" or the "Company") announces today that it has granted 1,500,000 Deferred Share Units to certain directors and officers pursuant to the Company Deferred Share Unit Plan adopted by the Company in 2016. The grant represents the total outstanding Deferred Share Units under the Deferred Share Unit Plan.
