Resignation of Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault from Veolia Environnement’s Board of Directors

Today, Veolia Environnement (Paris:VIE) has received, with immediate effect, the resignation of Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault (G.I.M.D) as director of the company, and member of the accounts and audit, nomination and compensation committees.

Mr. Thierry Dassault has also resigned from his duties as Censeur of Veolia Environnement.
