Reinsurance Group Affirms Outlook For Intermediate Term - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) announced, over the intermediate term, the company continues to target growth in operating income per share in the 5 to 8 percent range, and operating return on equity of 10 to 12 percent. Both the operating EPS target range and the ROE ranges are unchanged from a year ago.

The board of Reinsurance Group authorized a share repurchase program for up to $400 million of the company's outstanding common stock, replacing the previous share repurchase authorization. The new authorization is effective immediately and does not have an expiration date. The board also declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.41, payable March 2 to shareholders of record as of February 9.
