Comcast Corp. (CMCSA) is rising nearly 4 percent to $44.37. The company's earnings and revenues were higher than the prior year period and were above analysts' expectations.

SodaStream International Ltd. (SODA) is rising 8 percent to $63.14. The company's second quarter results were ahead of Wall Street view. The company also raised its fiscal 2013 guidance. Total revenues improved, but missed analysts' estimate.

Air Products & Chemicals Inc. (APD) is up 4 percent to $109.84 amidst reports that Ackman's Pershing Square has taken 9.8 percent stake in the company.
