Middlefield Group Opens the Market

TORONTO, Oct. 17, 2017 /CNW/ - Dean Orrico, President and Chief Investment Officer, Middlefield Capital Corporation, joined Dani Lipkin, Business Development, Exchange Traded Funds, Closed-End Funds, and Structured Notes, TMX Group, to open the market to launch Middlefield Healthcare & Life Sciences Dividend Fund (LS.UN). Formed in 1979, Middlefield creates and manages specialized investment products for individual and institutional investors and holds approximately $4.5 billion in assets under management. Investment products include mutual funds, closed-end funds, private and public resource funds, real estate funds and a venture capital fund. LS.UN commenced trading on Toronto Stock Exchange on July 21, 2017.
