L-3 Communications Holdings, Inc Announces 41% Increase In Q1 Earnings

(RTTNews) - L-3 Communications Holdings, Inc (LLL) reported a profit for its first quarter that advanced compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $164 million, or $2.08 per share. This was higher than $116 million, or $1.38 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 5.6% to $2.35 billion. This was down from $2.49 billion last year.
