Ken Wang Named Vice President and General Manager of CSC's China Operations
EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Computer Sciences Corporation today announced that Kenneth (Ken) Y. Wang has been named vice president and general manager of CSC's China operations. In this role, Wang will be responsible for business development and service delivery commitments within the region. He will report to George Bell, president of CSC's Asia Group.
Wang joined CSC in 1991 from General Dynamics, where he held various leadership positions supporting product design, manufacturing and factory automation initiatives. From 1991 to 1999 he served in a variety of executive leadership positions in marketing, sales and operations within several of CSC's organizations. Wang recently rejoined CSC after a brief period at Unisys where he served as vice president of strategic business development for the company's outsourcing business, vice president and general manager of North American outsourcing and head of European outsourcing.
"Ken's experience in the global IT market, together with his Chinese cultural and language background, make him an ideal candidate for this position," said Bell. "CSC views China as an important and strategic market in our ongoing growth as a global company. Wang holds a bachelor's degree in history from Fu-Jen University and a master's degree in computer sciences from Southern Illinois University.
