Invesco Q4 Profit Down - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Invesco Ltd. (IVZ) Thursday announced a fourth quarter net income of $225.9 million, compared to $330.8 million in the previous year. Earnings per share was also slightly down at $0.62, compared to $0.64 a year ago. On an adjusted basis, earnings were $272.6 million or $0.63 per share, compared to $258.1 million or $0.58 per share in the previous year.

On average, 19 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.62 per share. Analysts estimates usually exclude special items.

Net Revenue for the quarter increased to $905.8 million from $857.3 million last year. Analysts were looking for $1.32 billion
