Invesco Ltd. Reports 11% Retreat In Q4 Earnings

(RTTNews) - Invesco Ltd. (IVZ) reported earnings for fourth quarter that dropped compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line fell to $243.8 million, or $0.58 per share. This was down from $272.6 million, or $0.63 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.60 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 2.2% to $886.1 million. This was down from $905.8 million last year.
