Intralinks Appoints Chris Lafond As Its New CFO

(RTTNews) - Intralinks Holdings, Inc. (IL) said Tuesday that it has appointed Chris Lafond as its new executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Lafond succeeds Derek Irwin, who has left the company to pursue other opportunities.

Lafond is an experienced executive leader who most recently was EVP and chief financial officer at information technology research firm Gartner, Inc. (IT).

Intralinks also said that it expects to exceed its second quarter revenue guidance and is reaffirming its full year 2015 revenue and profitability guidance.

On May 6, the company forecast second quarter revenue of $66.5 million to $68.0 million, and revenue of $269.0 million to $273.0 million and adjusted earnings of $0.03 to $0.06 per share for the full year 2015.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters currently expect the company to post revenue of $67.17 million for the second quarter and $272.20 million for the full year 2015. Analysts currently expect the company to earn $0.05 per share for the full year.
