II-VI CFO Craig Creaturo To Step Down - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - II-VI Inc. (IIVI) reported that its Chief Financial Officer, Craig Creaturo, has tendered his resignation to pursue other interests. Creaturo would stay in his current position until a successor is named, and he would continue to assist the firm as an employee through February 28, 2014. After this date, Creaturo would serve as an advisor to the company for a further six-month period to ensure a smooth transition. The firm has begun a formal search for a new finance chief.

The company's President and Chief Executive stated "Craig has been a valuable employee of II-VI since he joined us over 15 years ago and has been a trusted colleague of mine since he became an officer of the Company in 2000. In addition to the strong finance, accounting, internal audit and information technology teams that Craig has compiled, he has consistently held financial integrity at II-VI to very high standards."
