ICA Gruppen AB Refinances Bank Credit Facility

Today, ICA Gruppen AB (STO:ICA) has signed a SEK 5 billion multicurrency revolving credit facility and refinanced its credit facility signed in 2013. The facility has a tenor of 5 years with two extension options of one year each.

The new credit facility has improved terms and conditions compared to the previous facility and further strengthens ICA Gruppen´s financial flexibility and long term financing structure. There are no financial covenants. The facility will be used for general corporate purposes and is unutilized.

The facility has been arranged by the following banks:

CRÉDIT AGRICOLE CORPORATE AND INVESTMENT BANK, DANSKE BANK A/S, DNB BANK ASA, NORDEA BANK AB (PUBL), SKANDINAVISKA ENSKILDA BANKEN AB (PUBL), SVENSKA HANDELSBANKEN AB (PUBL) and SWEDBANK AB (PUBL).
