Here's What's Coming To Netflix In November

(RTTNews) - Every month, Netflix brings out a new batch of films and TV shows to its streaming service. The online video streaming platform is bringing some favorite shows in November, along with a few Netflix Originals. Meanwhile, some films and shows will leave the service.

An adaptation of a Margaret Atwood novel, Alias Grace, is coming to Netflix on November 3. Alias Grace, set in Victorian Canada, tells the story of Grace Marks, a real-life Irish 16-year-old found guilty of killing of her master and mistress. This is based on the infamous 1843 murders of wealthy farmer Thomas Kinnear and his housekeeper Nancy Montgomery in Upper Canada.

Netflix's new arrivals include Marvel's The Punisher, which follows anti-hero Frank Castle's quest for justice, on November 17. The Spike Lee series She's Gotta Have It, based on Lee's 1986 comedy film of the same name, arrives on November 23.

Netflix is also debuting Original film Mudbound on November 17, both on its streaming service and in theaters. It shows the aftermath of a family's relocation to Mississippi during World War II.

New Netflix Original comedy specials include actor and comedian Deray Davis' How to Act Black, Brian Regan's Nunchucks and Flamethrowers, and Mea Culpa. A second season of Maria Bamford's Lady Dynamite arrives on November 10.

Hollywood star Jessica Biel joins in the intriguing and haunting mystery drama The Sinner, which comes on November 7.

Meanwhile, a few iconic films and TV shows are leaving Netflix this November. The list includes the entire Matrix trilogy, V for Vendetta, and all nine seasons of How I Met Your Mother.

Human Centipede: First Sequence and the psychological thriller Hard Candy also will be out in November.
