HealthEquity Announces Pricing Of Secondary Offering Of Stock

(RTTNews) - HealthEquity Inc. (HQY) announced the pricing of the secondary offering of shares of its common stock. Certain of HealthEquity's stockholders have agreed to sell an aggregate of 3 million shares of the company's common stock in an underwritten public offering.

The offering is expected to close on September 25, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

Additionally, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of the company's common stock.

HealthEquity said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares offered by the selling stockholders.
