Graham Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

Graham Corporation (NYSE: GHM), a global business that designs, manufactures and sells critical equipment for the oil refining, petrochemical, power and defense industries, announced that its Board of Directors, at its regular meeting, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share, reflecting a $0.01 increase. The annual dividend rate has accordingly been increased to $0.40 per share, from $0.36.

The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2018. Graham has approximately 9.8 million shares of its common stock outstanding.
