FleetCor Technologies Q3 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - FleetCor Technologies, Inc. (FLT) Wednesday reported third-quarter profit of $78.6 million or $0.93 per share, up from $59.6 million or $0.69 per share in the same period last year.

Adjusted earnings for the quarter was $91.4 million or $1.08 per share. On average, seven analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.98 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Revenues increased 20 percent to $225.2 million from $186.9 million last year. Adjusted revenues for the quarter was $208.2 million. Analysts expected revenues of $217.58 million.

For the fiscal 2013, the company has raised its adjusted earnings outlook to arange of $4.01 to $4.03 per share from its prior outlook range of $3.90 to $4.02 per share. Revenues are expected to range between $875 million and $880 million, up from $825 million to $835 million, issued previously.
