Accu Holding AG: Postponement of the AGM dated June 17th, 2016

- Board of Directors decides to postpone the annual general assembly

Emmenbrücke, May 24th, 2016. The Board of Directors of Accu Holding AG (Accu) has decided, to postpone the ordinary annual assembly, which was planned for June 17th 2016. capital increase. Main reason for this decision are the pending and open issues regarding the finalization of the annual report 2015, which would have to completed no later than 27th May 2016 (20 days before the ordinary general assembly). The replacement date will be set by the Board of Directors at a later time.
