"As the leading provider of reliable power technology to the telecommunications industry, Emerson is confident this gathering will stimulate shared expertise that will advance our customers and the industry as a whole."
Emerson's Network Power Conference has grown considerably from it's beginnings as the Lorain Power Conference 45 years ago. "The Building Blocks Program enhances Emerson Network Power's emergence as the global leader in DC power systems for the telecom industry," said Ed Feeney, President of Emerson Network Power Systems. Emerson recently launched its NterpriseIP Solution for Internet Protocol (IP) telephony and Power over Ethernet (PoE) deployments. The solution offers flexible configurations, easily manipulated to fit customers' specific business requirements, designed to support current infrastructures as well as those of next-generation VoIP networks.
"Whatever the type of business requirement a customer needs, from power configurations, to outside plant applications, to cooling strategies, Emerson Network Power has the solution to meet the needs of their critical enterprise networks" said Feeney.
