E-commerce giant eBay Inc. (EBAY) is slated to report third quarter results after the markets close. The online auctioneer is expected to post earnings of $0.67 per share, higher than the year-ago quarter's $0.64 per share. Also, revenues are anticipated to grow to $4.37 billion from the year earlier's $3.89 billion. The company's shares closed Tuesday's session at $50.59. (52-wk H/L $59.70/$48.06)
Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) is expected to report third quarter results after the close of trading.
