E.l.f. Beauty Holding On To Substantial Gain In Afternoon Trading

(RTTNews) - After moving sharply higher at the open, shares of e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. (ELF) continue to see substantial strength in afternoon trading on Tuesday. e.l.f. is currently up by 18.8 percent after reaching its best intraday level in over a month.

The initial jump by e.l.f. came after the cosmetics company reported third quarter adjusted earnings of $0.17 per share on sales of $64 million, while analysts had expected earnings of $0.08 per share on revenues of $60 million.

e.l.f. also raised the low end of its fiscal 2018 outlook for adjusted EBITDA, adjusted net income and adjusted diluted EPS.
