Hereby Triton III No. 14 S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, are notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that they fell below the thresholds of 10%, 5% and 3% of the voting rights in Kontron AG, Augsburg, Germany, on 26 July 2013. Their voting portion at that date amounted to 0.00%. This corresponds to 0 voting rights.

2. Hereby Triton III No. 24 S.à r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, are notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that they exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% of the voting rights in Kontron AG, Augsburg, Germany, on 26 July 2013. Their voting portion at that date amounted to 12.87%. This corresponds to 7,166,500 voting rights.

All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to Triton III No. 24 S.à r.l. pursuant to section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 1 WpHG through the chain of controlled undertakings of Triton Masterluxco 3 S.à r.l. and Komondor S.à r.l. and are Held directly by Komondor S.à r.l. (12.87%, corresponding to 7,166,500 voting rights).
