    MARLBORO, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2005--Concord Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CCRD), a global provider of Business Service Management software solutions, today announced that CZ, one of the largest health insurance companies in the Netherlands, has selected Concord's Business Service Management (BSM) solution to streamline business processes and enhance productivity in its IT department. Concord's eHealth(R) Suite was chosen for the seamless integration of its network and server modules, as well as for its superior reporting capabilities and its innovative Business Service Console(TM).
    When CZ initiated the renewal of its IT infrastructure and the reorganization of its ICT (information and communication technologies) department, it became clear that several teams were each using a different product for monitoring and performance management, leading to a lack of visibility into the infrastructure as a whole. In the interests of efficiency, the team conducting the reorganization created a new project group responsible for centralizing monitoring and performance management. This group set up the evaluation of a number of solutions, and selected Concord's eHealth Suite, including the Business Service Console.
