Avcorp Announces Organizational Changes

VANCOUVER, June 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Avcorp Industries Inc. (TSX: AVP) (the "Company", "Avcorp" or the "Avcorp Group") today announced the following organizational change at Avcorp Composites Fabrication, in Gardena, California.

Effective immediately, Jim Renaud will lead the Avcorp Group business development activities in his new role as Senior Vice President, Customers for the Avcorp Group of companies.  Jim transitions to this new role after serving as ACF General Manager of the Commercial business, in Gardena. During his tenure in that role, Jim led a number of key negotiations with customers and was instrumental in driving efficiencies and right-sizing the operations. Jim's deep understanding of operational capabilities and customers' needs makes him uniquely qualified for this new role.

Effective immediately Marty Jones is named Site General Manager, Avcorp Composites Fabrication, in Gardena, California, with operational responsibility for both the Commercial and Military businesses.
