Aspo Plc: Transfer of own shares

TRANSFER OF OWN SHARES

The Aspo Plc has transferred 94,786 of Aspo's own shares held by the company to employees included in the earnings period 2014 of the share-based incentive plan 2012-2014. The transfer is based on the share issue authorization of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on April 3, 2012. The shares have been transferred according to the terms of the share-based incentive plan without compensation.

After the transfer Aspo Plc holds a total of 987 Aspo shares. Furthermore, the subsidiary Aspo Management Oy owns 477,612 Aspo shares.


Aspo announced the share-based incentive plan 2012-2014 in a stock exchange release issued on February 14, 2012.
