Aspo Oyj: Change in the ownership of Aspo Plc own shares

CHANGE IN THE OWNERSHIP OF ASPO PLC OWN SHARES  

Entirely owned subsidiary of Aspo Plc, Aspo Management Oy, has on September 30, 2015 merged into Aspo Plc. Due to the merger 477,612 Aspo shares owned by Aspo Management Oy have transferred to direct ownership of Aspo Plc.

After the merger Aspo Plc holds 478,599 own shares, that is 1.5% of the share capital.
