Apigee Prices IPO At $17.00/shr

(RTTNews) - Apigee Corp. (APIC) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5.115 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on April 24, 2015, under the symbol "APIC."

In addition, Apigee has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 767,250 additional shares of common stock from Apigee at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover over-allotments, if any.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., JMP Securities LLC and Nomura Securities International, Inc. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
