ANI Pharma Names Stephen Carey CFO; Reaffirms Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ANIP) announced the appointment of Stephen Carey to the position of Vice President and CFO, effective May 6, 2016. Steve replaces current CFO, Charlotte Arnold. Ms. Arnold will remain as a consultant to the company through March 2017.

Steve has held various financial and accounting positions with Schering Plough Corporation and most recently, Par Pharmaceutical Companies, Inc., where he was the Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer.

The company reaffirmed its 2016 guidance as updated in early April.
