After-market Movers For May 5 (AIG, APC, DATA, NCMI, ININ, AEIS)

Anadarko Petroleum Corp. (APC) gained over 1 percent to $101.00. The company slipped to a loss in its fist quarter, while its adjusted earnings per share topped Wall Street view. Total revenues improved and topped the consensus estimate. The company raised the midpoint of its full-year sales-volume guidance by 3.5 million BOE.

Tableau Software, Inc. (DATA) rose 8 percent to $62.74 as the company's first quarter results were above Wall Street view.

National CineMedia, Inc. (NCMI) gained 8 percent to $16.50. The company's first quarter net loss widened from the year-ago quarter. Revenue declined 14.6 percent, but managed to come above the consensus estimate. The company also announced the acquisition of New York-based Screenvision for total purchase price of $225 million in cash and $150 million of common stock.

Decliners:

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) declined 2 percent to $51.42. The company's first quarter net earnings and after-tax operating income were lower than in the year-ago quarter. AIG Property Casualty's pre-tax operating income decreased 26 percent due to higher catastrophe and severe losses, unfavorable loss reserve development and a decrease in net investment income.

Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (ININ) plunged 14 percent to $53.30. The company slipped to a loss in its first quarter on both GAAP and non-GAAP basis. Revenues increased 8 percent, but missed the consensus estimate.

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (AEIS) fell 13 percent to $18.65. The company's first quarter profit improved from the last year period. Revenue missed the consensus estimate. At the same time, the company forecast second quarter results below analysts' expectations.
